Patna, February 23, 2021: Bihar Education Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary said that degree colleges will be opened soon in the sub-divisions of the state which do not have degree colleges. He was delivering his speech in the Bihar Vidhan Sabha as the budget session is going on. However, on the third day of the session on Tuesday, the proceedings started with an uproar.

At the same time, the Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly Tejashwi Yadav said that Education Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary is talking about improving the standard of education in Bihar. However, the education system of the state has completely collapsed in 15 years. He accused Bihar’s educational level of being the lowest score.

The Education Minister has informed the Vidhan Sabha of the opening of degree colleges in all sub-divisions. The highest amount of 21.92 percent of the budget will be spent on education. This will be the biggest decision taken by the government.
