Lucknow, 18th January 2022: Ashish Mishra, the main accused in the violence of eight people including four farmers on October 3 in Tikuniya of Lakhimpur Kheri is not getting any relief at the moment.
The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court held a hearing on Tuesday regarding the bail of Ashish Mishra, son of Union Minister of State for Home, Ajay Mishra. The decision is reserved in the court. It is believed that the decision regarding his bail will come in a day or two.
Ashish Monu Mishra has been in jail since his arrest along with his accomplices on October 14. The arguments on the bail hearing of Ashish Mishra Monu in the Lucknow Bench of the High Court were completed today. Afterwards, the court has reserved its decision. On behalf of the state government, Additional Advocate General VK Shahi opposed the bail of Ashish Mishra.
After a long debate, the Bench has reserved its decision.
