Lucknow, 17th January 2022: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has issued instructions regarding the conduct of Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2021 i.e. UPTET 2021 on 23 January 2022.

According to the instructions issued by the CM to the Examination Regulatory Authority, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh today, January 17, 2022, “concrete preparations should be made regarding the systematic conduct of Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) proposed on 23rd January.”

Along with this, CM Yogi Adityanath directed that the COVID protocol should be followed during the UPTET 2021 exam and there should be the availability of masks, sanitizers, infrared thermometers at every center.

After the postponement of UPTET 2021 due to paper leak cases, the examination has now been announced to be conducted on 23 January 2022. Over 21 lakh registrations have taken place for both papers of the exam. Also, admit cards have been issued for the candidates who are going to appear in the exam. On the other hand, due to the increasing infection cases of the Covid-19 epidemic, many candidates were demanding the postponement of the examination through social media. However, after the Chief Minister issued necessary instructions for the conduct of UPTET 2021, it has been confirmed that Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2021 will be conducted on the scheduled date only.

According to the revised schedule of Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2021, after the conduct of the examination, the provisional answer key will be released on January 27 and candidates will be invited to raise their objections by February 1. After reviewing these objections, UPTET 2021 final answer key will be released on 23 February 2022 and the result will be released on 25 February 2022.
