Muzaffarnagar, 8 March 2021: While the tractor march has been in the news since the ongoing farmers’ agitation in Delhi, a buffalo-buggy came up for discussion Muzaffarnagar on Sunday.
District Magistrate Selva Kumari J. posted her photo on social media where she can be seen riding buffalo-buggy. She captioned the photo,’ Since I am in Muzzaffarnagar, I had to try this, and I loved it.’ The DM’s photo has gone viral on social media.
DM Selva Kumari J., along with her daughter, drove the Buggy on Sunday outside her residence on Meerut road.
The DM said that after her posting in Muzaffarnagar, she came out to inspect various schemes in the villages. She saw buffalo-buggies and wished to ride herself. She further added in the hectic schedule, the ride of a slowly moving buggy has been reassuring. During this time, her daughter was seen recording the moment on a mobile phone.
