We need to give importance to the mental health of people around us, whether they are our friends, family member, or our colleagues and there are many ways to support someone you care about. The simplest one is to listen to them without pre conceived notions and making any judgments. People start to heal the moment they feel heard. She discussed the various aspects of mental health issues and enriched the participants about the methods that can be used in the fight against such issues.
