And according to a joint report by CREDAI- MCHI and CRE Matrix, the total area of housing units sold in Thane during January-August 2021 stood at 407 lakh sq. ft as compared to 366 lakh sq. ft. in 2020.
The EC will also be recruiting in-house designers, design partners and sales managers to ensure each customer entering the EC will be provided with a curated experience that is structured to their needs, Bhojani added.
