Uttar Pradesh, 12th May 2022: In the Gyanvapi Masjid case, the court gave its verdict after 2 pm on Thursday on the replacement of the Advocate Commissioner on behalf of the Muslim side and regarding the videography of the basement of Gyanvapi.

The court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Ravi Kumar Diwakar on Thursday pronounced the verdict on the appeal of the plaintiffs for videography of the basement, including the demand of Anjuman Inazaniya Masajid Committee to replace the Advocate Commissioner who was conducting the commission proceedings in the Gyanvapi premises.

The court has said in the judgment that the commission proceedings will continue. At the same time, the Advocate Commissioner has been ordered to send the report by May 17 with a video recording.

This time with the cooperation of the government and administration, before May 17, a video recording of the entire Gyanvapi mosque complex has to be made available to the court. The court has issued a direction to the District Magistrate to open the lock and proceed with the commission. Instructions have been issued for legal action against those opposing the survey.

At the same time, rejecting all kinds of demands from the Muslim side, Advocate Commissioner Ajay Mishra and Special Advocate Commissioner Vishal Singh as well as Assistant Advocate Commissioner Ajay Pratap Singh will also be present and get the commission proceedings completed
