Patna, 5th May 2021: The complete lockdown has started in the state from Wednesday. Due to the lockdown, many people will suffer to get food. Therefore, the state government has started community kitchen at 11 places in Patna.

The arrangement has been made to ensure that no one sleeps hungry in Patna. The administration is trying to get food and water easily to the poor people during the lockdown.

District Magistrate Chandrashekhar Singh has deployed Nodal Officers. The community kitchen will be run by the Patna district administration at 4 centres and Patna Municipal Corporation will run the kitchen at 7 places. Nodal officials have been deputed at all the centres.

Food will be available in these places in Patna:

Patna High School, College of Commerce, Miller High School, Bankipur Girls School will be the centre of district administration in Patna city, while on behalf of the Patna Municipal Corporation community kitchen will be at Gaighat Rain Basera, McDowall Chowk, Malahi Pakdi, SK Puri Community Building, Kunkun Singh Lane, DAV Saguna More and Saidpur Canal.
