Gurugram, 8th November 2022: In Gurugram, Haryana, police have arrested the wife of a deceased and the friend of her lover, solving the mystery of the property dealer’s blind murder case. It was this friend who shot and killed the property dealer.
Allegedly, to grab the property, the wife and the lover killed the husband. Crime Branch Palam Vihar has caught the accused wife, Neetu, and lover’s friend and shot Mohammaddin (42), a resident of Sambhal in Uttar Pradesh, while the lover, in this case, Babool Khan, is still absconding.
ACP (Crime) Preetpal Sangwan said that 42-year-old property dealer Dharmesh and Neetu were married 20 years ago and have two children. Both Dharmesh and Neetu did not believe in each other and used to doubt each other. There was a dispute about this for many years. During interrogation, Neetu told that a maid used to work in her house, and she suspected that her husband was having an affair with her. There were many disputes regarding this matter and after that, the maid was removed. About six months ago, another maid was hired to work in the house. That maid had made Neetu befriend Bablu Khan, a resident of Sambhal in Uttar Pradesh, six months ago. After that, both of them started talking, and they fell in love. In such a situation, Neetu along with Bablu Khan started planning to kill her husband three months ago. The property dealer was murdered seven days ago.
Neetu had informed the lover that Dharmesh was going to sleep on October 29 in an under-construction plot, located in Sector 22. After getting the information, Bablu Khan reached there with his friend Mohammaddin to execute the murder. Bablu Khan had removed the SIM card from his and his friend’s mobile phone before coming and removed the number plate of the car to hide the identity. Bablu Khana had taken many measures to avoid arrest.
ACP Preetpal Sangwan said that Bablu Khan and Dost Mohammaddin used to do dyeing work in Delhi. During this time, Bablu Khan became friends with Neetu. After getting information about Bablu Khan, a team of Gurugram Police went to his village in Uttar Pradesh, where they came to know that he was getting his house constructed. He said that the pistol used in the crime was also arranged by Bablu Khan.
During the investigation, Dharmesh’s wife was also questioned several times by the police, but she kept on misleading her every time. After the arrest of the accused Mohammaddin, he was interrogated, and he disclosed the whole incident the wife also confessed to her involvement in the murder.
Wife Neetu has revealed that before killing her husband, she had given 65 tolas of gold to Bablu Khan so that he could execute the murder plan and there would be no hindrance in any way. He planned that after killing Dharmesh, all the property would be in his name, and they would get married. Bablu Khan had prepared a clever plan for the murder.
ACP (Crime) Preetpal Sangwan said that the accused wife has been taken on remand for one day and Mohammaddin on three days remand. Raids are being conducted to arrest Bablu Khan.
