Patna, April 28, 2021: A major decision has been taken in the meeting of Corona Crisis Management Group Wednesday. Now to prevent corona infection in Bihar, the night curfew will be implemented from 6 pm to 6 am. However, shops will be allowed to open till 4 pm. Strict action will be taken for its cradle. Instructions have been given to all DMs and SPs.

The Home Department has issued a guideline which mentions that a small number of people will also attend the wedding ceremony. 50 people will be able to attend the wedding ceremony and a maximum of 25 people can attend the cremation ceremony. However, the discussion about the lockdown has been put to rest. There will not be a full lockdown in Bihar at present.

The state government issued another big order, saying that the government will bear the full cost of the final rites of those who died due to corona infection. Remdesivir injections will be easily found, arrangements will be ensured if ambulances are needed more will be hired.

All shops will be closed excluding restaurants and drug stores. Considering the possibility of having 3 lakh COVID patients, preparations will be made for hospitals, beds, oximeters etc. Along with this, in the areas where there are more cases, containment zones will be created.

Coronavirus cases are constantly increasing in Bihar. On Wednesday, 13,374 new corona cases have been found in the state. Patna has the highest number of 2207 new infections. More than five hundred new infection cases have been found in seven districts including Patna. 597 new ones were found in Aurangabad, 764 in Begusarai, 1133 in Gaya, 548 in Purnia, 589 in Saran and 547 in West Champaran.
