Delhi, 29th January 2023: The weather is going to change once again in North India. There is a possibility of rain in many states of North India, including Delhi. According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), light rain may occur in many places during the next 24 hours.

According to the Meteorological Department, due to the active Western Disturbance, the sky will be cloudy on Sunday. Light rain or thundershowers will occur in many areas. Due to this, there will be a drop in the maximum temperature, but the minimum temperature may increase by five degrees Celsius.

According to the Meteorological Department, Delhi-NCR is likely to have a maximum temperature of 17 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 11 degrees Celsius on Sunday. The sky will remain partly cloudy on Monday as well. Relief from the cold is likely to continue. During this, light rain or thundershowers will occur in many areas today.

At the same time, there is relief from the cold in Uttar Pradesh (UP) as well. However, IMD has predicted rain in more than two dozen districts of UP. The Meteorological Department has also issued a yellow alert. According to the Meteorological Department, today, the maximum temperature in many districts of UP will be 22 degrees. Apart from this, the minimum temperature is likely to be eight degrees. At the same time, according to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain dry in Bihar for the next five days. Whereas on 31st January, clouds may thunder in North Bihar.

The Meteorological Department has predicted rain or snow in some parts of Jammu and Kashmir during the next 24 hours. According to the Meteorological Department, during the next 24 hours, it will be generally cloudy in the Jammu division, and there is a possibility of light to moderate rain/snow in the Kashmir division.

On 29th-30th January, there is a possibility of heavy rain/snowfall in some parts of the Western Himalayas. At the same time, there is a possibility of hailstorms in some parts of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Punjab. Also, strong surface wind speed reaching 20-30 kmph is very likely over northwest India on these two days. The temperature is very likely to rise over the rest of the country during the next five days.

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will change in the next 24 hours in many states of the country. Light rain may occur at isolated places over Gujarat, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Apart from this, rain is also expected in Haryana, Chandigarh, East Rajasthan and West Rajasthan. Along with this, rain may occur in isolated places in West Madhya Pradesh.
