Pune, November 18, 2020: Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) – Space Application Centre (SAC), Ahmedabad has invited applications for selection to the post of Graduate and Technician Apprentice. The process of online application for this has started. The last date to apply online is November 23, 2020. To apply, candidates have to visit the recruitment portal, ‘recruitment.sac.gov.in’.

Educational qualification

For Graduate Apprentice, the candidate should have a BE or BTech degree in the related field from a recognized university with a minimum of 65 per cent marks. At the same time, for Technician Apprentice, the candidate should have a first-class diploma in the related field from the State Board of Technical Education / University. For more information, you can check the notification by visiting the official website.

Age Limit

The maximum age allowed for the candidates is 35 years. The maximum age will be calculated as of November 23, 2020. The maximum age will be relaxed as per the rules for reserved category candidates.

Stipend

  • Graduate Apprentice: 9 thousand rupees per month.
  • Technician Apprentice: 8 thousand rupees per month.

Selection Process

The list will be prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidates in their respective degree/diploma. The duration of training of the candidates will be 1 year. Selected candidates will be registered under the Apprentices Act 1961. For detailed information, you can visit the official website.
