New Delhi, 13th February 2023: The Border Security Force (BSF) has issued notification for the recruitment of Group-C combatised (non-gazetted) positions.

Eligible and interested candidates can apply online at rectt.bsf.gov.in.

The application deadline for the position is March 6, 2023.

Total posts: 26 posts

HC (Veterinary): 18 posts
Constable (Kennelman): 8 posts

To apply for the positions, candidates must have completed their 10th and 12th grades from an accredited board. They should have two years of animal handling experience from a government veterinary hospital, dispensary, veterinary college, or government farm.

Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 25.

Age Relaxation is given to the following candidates:

Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
Other Backward Classes: 3 years
Ex-Servicemen: 8 years

Physical Standards Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Candidates must pay the examination fees of Rs 100 plus the Common Service Center’s (CSC) service fee of Rs 47.20.

Candidates who are SC/ST/Female/Ex-Serviceman or members of the BSF are exempted from paying the examination fee.
