Bihar: All-Party Virtual Meeting Held To Review Corona Crisis

Patna, April 17, 2021: The rate of corona infection in Bihar is increasing rapidly. The recovery rate has come down. This has increased the anxiety even more. The horrors of Corona led to an all-party meeting for two and a half hours under the leadership of Governor Fagu Chauhan. The video conferencing (VC) meeting was held at the Raj Bhavan Secretariat.

CM Nitish Kumar took the opinion of leaders of opposition parties in an all-party meeting regarding Corona. The government discussed restrictions like lockdown, night curfew in the state. During this time, along with CM Nitish Kumar, Deputy CM Tarkishore Prasad, Deputy CM Renu Devi and Education Minister Vijay Chaudhary were also present.

CM Nitish Kumar said, “A meeting was held with all party people. Everyone has put forth their views. The matter will be discussed by Crisis Management and tomorrow we will have a meeting with the district official. Whatever decision will be taken will be informed.”

After the meeting, the Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav said that 30 suggestions have been given to the government. He also said that the government has completely failed to prevent Corona infection. It is not even worthy to show face to anyone.
