Hyderabad, 4th May 2022: Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited, a fast growing real estate player, announced that they have recently launched plotted development project – Aparna Dharti at Dundigal, Hyderabad. This project is the company’s first launch in this fiscal. Earlier in January this year, the brand had announced their gated community Aparna Zenon, a gated community in which they have infused 2550 crores.

Speaking about the new launch and the company’s plans for this fiscal, Mr. S.S. Reddy, Managing Director, Aparna Constructions and Estates, said, “Aparna Dharti is our first launch of the fiscal and second in this calendar year. We have 6 residential, 3 plotted properties and 2 commercial projects in the pipeline. Most of our upcoming projects will be located around the hotspots across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Bangalore. We are looking at exiting the fiscal with a 30% growth. To assist this expansion vision we are also looking to strengthen our workforce by hiring 1500 people across locations.
