Joint and bone complaints are on the rise among young people between the ages of 20 and 40. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, obesity, joint injuries, fibromyalgia and osteoporosis are some of the worrisome types of diseases commonly occurred in people.
Post-coronavirus, the increasing trend of working from home, and high-fat and artificial-sugar diets are increasing the number of joint pain complaints.
