Patna, 13th May 2021: As many as 14,131 patients suffering from COVID-19 recovered in the last 24 hours in the state. As per data provided by the Bihar Health Department 85.38 per cent recovery rate has been registered.

As per data provided by the health department, 7494 new Corona infections are identified. In the last 24 hours, 1,08,326 samples were examined. Patna has the highest number of 967 new infections. While 441 in Purnia, 389 in Katihar, 387 in Gopalganj and 350 in Gaya new positive cases in the last 24 hours.

As per the data provided by the State Health Department, Araria 194, Arwal 47, Aurangabad 152, Banka 28, Begusarai 273, Bhagalpur 86, Bhojpur 71, Buxar 61, Darbhanga 115, East Champaran 321, Gaya 350, Gopalganj 387, Jamui 157, Jehanabad 33, Kaimur 53, Katihar 389, Khagaria 64, Kishanganj 158, Lakhisarai 62, Madhepura 197, Madhubani 220, Munger 231, Muzaffarpur 291, Nalanda 201, Nawada 68, Patna 967, Purnia 441, Rohtas 86, Saharsa 264, Samastipur 240, Saran 201, Sheikhpura 125, Sheohar 12, Siwan 202, Supaul 268, Vaishali 193 and West Champaran 164 have new cases in 24 hours. Also, 54 samples collected from the person from other states.
