Patna, 26th August 2021: After reining in the affairs of Bihar, the Nitish Kumar government of Bihar is gradually giving facilities to the people. In this episode, from today ie from Thursday, Unlock-6 has been implemented in the state. The state is unlocked after 140 days. All religious places in the state were closed since April 9 last year, which has been ordered to be opened. Apart from this, shops, malls, schools, colleges, coaching institutes have been allowed to open with full capacity. Along with this, an appeal has been made to people to behave Kovid friendly.The decision was taken after deliberations at a meeting of the Disaster Management Group chaired by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday. The Chief Minister himself gave this information by tweeting at 1 pm. Unlock-6 will be applicable in the state from August 26 to September 25.

In the order issued by the Home Department, it has been said that all religious places will open normally. The management of the concerned religious place will ensure that the devotees visiting there follow the COVID friendly behavior including social distancing and wearing of masks.The pool at Rajgir will also be opened for the general public. People coming for a bath in the pool will be tested through rapid antigen test. Those people who have a negative test report of RTPCR in 72 hours will be free from this test.

All universities, colleges, coaching, technical institutes and schools from class 1st to 12th will be able to open normally with 100% attendance. The restriction of 50 percent attendance in a day has been removed. All kinds of examinations will be conducted by the State Government Commissions, Boards, Boards and other equivalent institutions and State Universities, Colleges and Schools. COVID friendly behavior will be ensured during the examination.

Cinema halls, clubs, gyms, swimming pools, restaurants and eateries have been allowed to open with visitors up to 50 per cent of their capacity. Cinema halls will be able to open normally with 50 percent utilization of the total capacity of the audience. Till now, cinema halls were allowed to open only till 7 pm. This time limit has expired. The concerned establishment will ensure that all their personnel have taken the corona vaccine.

The Health Department will continue to make special arrangements for vaccination for adult students, teachers and staff of educational institutions. Only corona vaccinated persons will be allowed to work in coaching institutes. In collaboration with the Disaster Management Authority, the Education Department will inform the children about the covid friendly behavior related to social distancing and wearing of masks. So that parents can also be made aware through children.

All shops, establishments, shopping malls and parks will now open normally. Only workers who have taken the corona vaccine will be allowed to work in shops and establishments. The complete list of working personnel will have to be kept in the shops. If the list is not kept, then action will be taken if caught during the investigation. All parks and gardens will also open normally. Till now, it was allowed to open only from 6 am to 12 am. It is to be known that shops were allowed to open till 7 pm and shopping malls only after a day. But, from now on it will open normally. Offices will also open with full capacity.

Marriage ceremonies, Shradh programs and funerals can be done with covid friendly behavior and mandatory compliance of updated standard operating procedure. DJ and procession will not be allowed in the marriage ceremony. Prior notice of marriage will have to be given to the local police station three days in advance. All types of social, political, entertainment, sports, educational, cultural and religious events will be held with the permission of the district administration and with covid friendly behavior.

In the states where corona infection and delta plus variant infection are coming out in large numbers, there will be a system of rapid antigen test in the state for passengers coming from there. Such passengers will be screened at railway stations, airports and state borders. The Health Department has been given the responsibility to ensure the investigation. Passengers who have RT PCR report within 72 hours will not be screened.
