Patna, 10th May 2021: As many as 15,800 patients suffering from COVID-19 recovered in the last 24 hours in the state. As per data provided by the Bihar Health Department 81.97 per cent recovery rate has been registered.

As per data provided by the health department, 10,174 new Corona infects are identified. In the last 24 hours, 1,00,112 samples were examined. Patna has the highest number of 1745 new infections. While 463 in Samastipur, 478 in East Champaran, 435 in Begusarai and 417 in Vaishali new positive cases in the last 24 hours.

As per data provided by State Health Department, Araria 247, Arwal 121, Aurangabad 226, Banka 82, Begusarai 435, Bhagalpur 205, Bhojpur 71, Buxar 81, Darbhanga 154, East Champaran 478, Gaya 236, Gopalganj 541, Jamui 162, Jehanabad 108, Kaimur 19, Katihar 706, Khagaria 286, Kishanganj 83, Lakhisarai 95, Madhepura 178, Madhubani 175, Munger 304, Muzaffarpur 293, Nalanda 95, Nawada 75, Patna 1745, Purnia 313, Rohtas 141, Saharsa 283, Samastipur 463, Saran 333, Sheikhpura 96, Sheohar 62, Sitamarhi 77, Siwan 242, Supaul 221, Vaishali 417, West Champaran 289 are new cases found. Also, 36 samples collected from persons of the other state in the last 24 hours.
