Patna, 13th May 2021: As many as 14,340 patients suffering from COVID-19 recovered in the last 24 hours in the state. As per data provided by the Bihar Health Department 86.63 per cent recovery rate has been registered.

As per data provided by the health department, 7336 new Corona infections are identified. In the last 24 hours, 1,10,172 samples were examined. Patna has the highest number of 1202 new infections. While 392 in Samastipur, 361 in Bhagalpur, 353 in Vaishali and 334 in Begusarai new positive cases in the last 24 hours.

“In the last 10 days, the rate of corona infection in the state decreased from 14.04 per cent to 6.7 per cent” State Health Minister Mangal Pandey tweet on Saturday.

As per the data provided by the State Health Department, Araria 107, Arwal 44, Aurangabad 106, Banka 117, Begusarai 334, Bhagalpur 361, Bhojpur 29, Buxar 43, Darbhanga 91, East Champaran 191, Gaya 285, Gopalganj 191, Jamui 73, Jehanabad 51, Kaimur 9, Katihar 180, Khagaria 124, Kishanganj 109, Lakhisarai 49, Madhepura 122, Madhubani 360, Munger 213, Muzaffarpur 292, Nalanda 220, Nawada 96, Patna 1202, Purnia 282, Rohtas 79, Saharsa 224, Samastipur 392, Saran 205, Sheikhpura 53, Sheohar 49, Sitamarhi 91, Siwan 97, Supaul 226, Vaishali 353 and West Champaran 237 new cases found. Also, 49 samples collected from persons of other states.
