Bihar: 13,852 patients recovered from COVID-19 in 24 hours, recovery rate up by 82.77 per cent

Patna, 10th May 2021: As many as 13,852 patients suffering from COVID-19 recovered in the last 24 hours in the state. As per data provided by the Bihar Health Department 82.77 per cent recovery rate has been registered.

As per data provided by the health department, 10,920 new Corona infections are identified. In the last 24 hours, 1,10,071 samples were examined. Patna has the highest number of 1702 new infections. While 782 in Samastipur, 579 in Purnia, 511 in Begusarai and 493 in Vaishali new positive cases in the last 24 hours.

Araria 188, Arwal 173, Aurangabad 430, Banka 53, Begusarai 511, Bhagalpur 136, Bhojpur 97, Buxar 46, Darbhanga 116, East Champaran 442, Gaya 405, Gopalganj 317, Jamui 173, Jehanabad 49, Kaimur 74, Katihar 338, Khagaria 130, Kishanganj 114, Lakhisarai 148, Madhepura 153, Madhubani 435, Munger 305, Muzaffarpur 452, Nalanda 279, Nawada 95, Patna 1702, Purnia 579, Rohtas 116, Saharsa 97, Samastipur 782, Saran 355, Sheikhpura 127, Sheohar 76, Sitamarhi 103, Siwan 263, Supaul 266, Vaishali 493, West Champaran 246 new cases found. Also, 56 samples collected from persons of the other state.
