Patna, 13th May 2021: As many as 11,008 patients suffering from COVID-19 recovered in the last 24 hours in the state. As per data provided by the Bihar Health Department 84.15 per cent recovery rate has been registered.

As per data provided by the health department, 7661 new Corona infections are identified. In the last 24 hours, 97,664 samples were examined. Patna has the highest number of 1485 new infections. While 551 in Nalanda, 437 in Vaishali and 409 in Purnia new positive cases in the last 24 hours.

As per the data provided by the State Health Department, Araria 179, Arwal 79, Aurangabad 163, Banka 39, Begusarai 173, Bhagalpur 147, Bhojpur 69, Buxar 103, Darbhanga 101, East Champaran 139, Gaya 233, Gopalganj 67, Jamui 61, Jehanabad 62, Kaimur 23, Katihar 143, Khagaria 106, Kishanganj 149, Lakhisarai 53, Madhepura 144, Madhubani 206, Munger 192, Muzaffarpur 211, Nalanda 551, Nawada 112, Patna 1485, Purnia 409, Rohtas 112, Saharsa 277, Samastipur 243, Saran 232, Sheikhpura 99, Sheohar 61, Sitamarhi 50, Siwan 142, Supaul 325, Vaishali 437 and West Champaran 320 new cases found in 24 hours. Also, 55 samples collected from the person from other states.
