Mainpuri, 30th May 2022: Rituraj Pratap Yadav, who has secured 296th rank in UPSC, is very happy with his success. After graduating from Electronics Engineering, he got the post of Maintenance Engineer at Reliance Refinery, Jamnagar. There was an annual package of 18 lakhs. But he always wanted to be an IAS officer. This was the reason why he left the package of 18 lakhs and got success in UPSC for the very first time.

Rituraj, a resident of Nagla Boocha in the district, passed the 10th examination from Suditi Global School in the city in the year 2012 and the 12th from the CRB school in the year 2014. Between 2015 and 2019, he did his BTech in Electronic Engineering from NIT Surat.

In 2020, he got a chance to become a Maintenance Engineer at Reliance Refinery Jamnagar in a package of Rs 18 lakh.

Rituraj explains that he and his father had a dream of civil service. Civil preparation could not be done after getting the job. So he left the job after a year and came to Delhi to prepare. His parents worked very hard for him. Due to his hard work, he got success in the civil service.

Rituraj gave the credit for success to his mother and father, and the entire family of Rituraj was happy when he got selected for the civil service. They had full faith in Rituraj. When Rituraj got success in the first attempt, his family and well-wishers congratulated him.

There is a festive atmosphere in the whole family. The parents distributed sweets fiercely on the selection of Rituraj and thanked those who congratulated him.

Rituraj gave the mantra of his success which includes the following:

– Work hard by making a goal from the 10th itself

– Read from your mind whatever you read

– Build ability in yourself

– Bring tolerance and hard work into life

– Do not be disappointed at all

– Keep working hard for personality

– 9 to 10 hours of study is enough for the target
