Lucknow, 18 July  2021: CM Yogi Adityanath has issued strict instruction that those coming to Uttar Pradesh from other states, with more than three percent positivity rate, will have to bring negative RTPCR report.
There is a strict instruction that only after showing the corona negative report of four days ago, entry will be given in Uttar Pradesh. Reports older than four days will not be valid. However, people who have taken both the doses of vaccine will not need to be tested upon entry into Uttar Pradesh. They will have to show the report of both their doses.
Uttar Pradesh government has also increased strictness on the railway station along with the airport and the border connecting Uttar Pradesh with other states by road. Contact tracing of those coming from other states with high Covid positivity rate will also be done.
CM Yogi Adityanath, in a review meeting with Team-09 on Sunday to review the situation of Covid, directed that antigen test and thermal scanning of all people must be done on arrival in Uttar Pradesh. This rule has been implemented from today itself. Those coming from outside Uttar Pradesh will now be closely monitored.
