Delhi, 30th November 2022: A day after the channel’s creators and promoters Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy resigned from their positions as directors on the board of RRPR Holding Private Limited, senior journalist Ravish Kumar left NDTV on Wednesday.

The departure was effective immediately, the channel’s internal mail stated in an announcement. Kumar was well-known as the host of Hum Log, Ravish Ki Report, Desh Ki Baat, and Prime Time.

NDTV, in its mail, wrote that few journalists have had such an impact on individuals as Ravish. It is evident from the overwhelming positive response about him, the large audiences he attracts everywhere, and the numerous honours and recognition he has received, both domestically and abroad.
