Himachali Industrialist Sh Mehinder Sharma has been nominated as a Member of Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management Board which looks after the management of the sacred Hindu shrines of Shri Badri Nath, Shri Kedar Nath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri which is visited by millions of devotees every year.
 He belongs to Village  Badhera  Rajputana of Una district in Himachal Pradesh .
Anant Ambani , the youngest son of India’s biggest business tycoon and Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani and  Sajjan Jindal  Chairman JSW Steel,  India’s largest private steel producer has also been nominated in the  Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management Board by a notification issued by Secretary Culture and religion Uttrakhand Govt Dehradun.
61 years old  Shri Mehinder Sharma is one of India’s top  philanthropist and  Chairman and Managing Director of prestigious ANS Constructions Pvt Limited  Delhi having  diversified interest in various fields like construction, Hotel, Hospitality, education, food processing and infrastructure, real estate etc,
   . Mr. Mehinder Sharma has done silver cladding work of Baba KEDARNATH grabh grah, in Uttrakhand state with a cost of Rs. 200 Lacs.Mr. Mehinder Sharma has done silver cladding work at Mata Chintpurini temple in Himachal Pradesh state with a cost of Rs. 200 lacs.
  Mr. Mehinder Sharma is  Vice Chairman of the renovation committee of prestigious Iskcon Temple  New Delhi.
Mr. Mehinder Sharma is the Vice Chairman of Hari Yaumna Sehyog Samiti, which is devoted to the cause of Clean Environment through the cleaning of the rivers, planning of trees, control of air pollution in and around the rivers with a particular focus on River Yamuna.
Mr Mehinder Sharma is also associated with various social and religious organizations. Mr. Mehinder Sharma is continuously contributing to society in their treatment, by running Asha Kiran Hospital, Mysore who treat Street children suffering from AIDS.
Mr Mehinder Sharma serves the poor class of society by providing financial assistance in purchasing medicines, surgical equipment and  other accessories to poor patients who come from remote and inaccessible areas for their treatments in various hospitals like AIIMS Delhi ,Safdarjung and other Delhi Hospitals
. Mr Mehinder Sharma  regularly holds Langar  for the distribution of free food to the poor class of the society outside various Hospitals in New Delhi
He is the founder member and deeply associated in day to day management of Delhi Public School, Jallandhar.
