New Delhi: Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) athlete Vitalina Batsarashkina clinched a double gold at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics Shooting competitions, winning the Women’s 25M Pistol on Friday at the Asaka Shooting range, adding to the 10M Air Pistol gold she won last Sunday. India’s Manu Bhaker placed fifth overnight after the first precision round, shot 290 in the rapid-fire round to finish with a score of 582, placing her 15thin the overall classifications, but yet again as in the 10M Air event, just two points off the top-eight pace.

Rahi Sarnobat, who needed a splendid round herself and hope that many others above her shot poorly, eventually shot a 286 in the rapid round for a 32ndplace finish and with a qualification round score of 573.
