Ranchi : Admissions in the Jharkhand Raksha Shakti Vishwavidyalay should start by this year only, asserted Chief Minister, Raghubar Das, during a high level meeting with the officials of higher & technical education at the project bhawan on Wednesday. Hon’ble CM directed Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, secretary ,Higher & Technical education to finish all the formalities in this regard as soon as possible. Meeting was convened to draft the Performa of Jharkhand Raksha Shakti Vishwavidyalay ordinance 2016.
Hon’ble CM pointed out that the initiatives like Jharkhand Raksha Shakti Vishwavidyalay will help village students and those coming from the weaker section of the society in getting jobs in the field of security. CM said in this era of science and technology the term security has an extensive meaning, Which has helped in increasing the job possibility in this field. CM said students who will pass out from this university will get ample opportunity to get jobs in the field of cyber security, industrial security,security management, criminology etc.
On this occasion DG of Raksha Shakti Vishwavidyalay Gujrat , Shri Vikas Sahay, narrated about the structure, courses, of the proposed university through power point presentation. Shri Vikas Sahay said Jharkhand will be third state to establish this university after Gujrat and Rajasthan. He said all courses and syllabus of this university are job oriented as per need of public and private sectors.
Shri Vikas Sahay said Raksha Shakti Vishwavidalya conceives new technologies coming in the field of security that too without any delay, for example crime mapping based on GIS, Brain finger printing technology, layered voice analysis are covered in the courses of university.He further said this university will also guide technically to analyse data related to crime.
In the meeting Chief Secretary Mrs. Rajbala Verma, Mr.Amit Khare, Development Commissioner, Mr.D.K.Pandey, DGP, Mr. Sunil Burnwal, secretary to CM and other officials were present.
