State has made House Arrest of Chandrashekhar Azad and Ashok Kamble and who are the chief of Bhim Army all India and Mumbai Respectively. The state has not merely made house arrest of Chandrashekhar Azad but they made house arrest of fundamental rights so it can not be executed by the people of India. Due to illegal act of the respondents it appears that whether there is democracy in India or not.
